What is DOT?

DOT is a quiet habit companion. You create journeys (habits or goals), check in each day, and can share private rooms with up to five people to grow alongside one another. There's no public feed and no strangers.

How do I create a journey and check in?
  1. On the Today tab, add a journey (a habit or goal you want to keep).
  2. Each day, tap Check in on that journey.
  3. Optionally add a mood, a short note, a duration, or a photo to remember the moment.
How do I invite someone to a room?
  1. Open the journey/room you want to share.
  2. Create an invite — the app generates a short invitation link/code.
  3. Send it to the person you want to invite. A room holds up to 5 members.
  4. Once they accept, you'll see each other under “Beside you today”.
I forgot my password. How do I sign back in?

On the sign-in screen, follow the password reset steps, or sign in with Apple / Google if you used those. If you still can't get back in, email us with your account email and we'll help.

I'm not receiving reminders / notifications
My check-in photo won't upload
How do I leave a room?

Open the room and choose to leave it. Note: leaving may remove your shared content from that room. Keep your own copy of anything you want to remember first.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account. After confirmation, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you can't access the app, email us from the address you registered with using the subject line Account deletion request.

Who can see my check-ins?

Only members of the rooms you share. They see the shared journeys in that room, your check-ins and progress there, and your display name, avatar tone, and bio. Your sign-in email, password, and personal notification settings are not shared.

I want to report abuse or harassment

Please email us with the subject Abuse report and include: the account involved, a description of what happened, and screenshots if possible. We treat these reports as a priority and may suspend offending accounts.
